1. Returns

Products used, opened, or damaged by the customer, or marked as non-returnable in the product description, are not eligible for return.
2. Reporting Damaged or Defective Products

To process a refund or replacement, please submit a clear unboxing video showing the product’s condition upon arrival.

Ensure the video clearly shows the packaging, contents, and the damage or defect.

Submit the video within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Return Shipping

If your return request is approved, customers are responsible for return shipping using a reliable courier service with tracking.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund or replacement as approved.
4. Refunds & Replacements

Damaged or defective products: Full or partial refund will be issued after verification.

Missing items: If we cannot fulfill the missing item(s), a refund will be issued for the missing items.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval.
