At E K SHOPPING MART, we want you to shop with confidence. We offer an easy return and refund process for eligible products that arrive damaged, defective, not working, or have another genuine product-related issue.

Please read the policy below before placing your order.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in cases where:

• The product is damaged upon delivery.
• The product is defective or not working properly.
• The product has a genuine manufacturing or product-related issue.
• The product received is significantly different from what was ordered, where applicable.

All return requests must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, accidental damage after delivery, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Products specifically marked as non-returnable on the product page are also not eligible for return unless they are received damaged, defective, or not working.

2. How to Report an Issue

If you receive a damaged, defective, or non-working product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us verify and process your request quickly, an unboxing video is required.

The unboxing video should clearly show:

• The original package before opening
• The product being removed from the package
• The condition of the product
• The damage, defect, or issue with the product

Please also share clear photos of the product and packaging where required.

Return or refund requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

3. Easy Return & Pickup

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a return pickup for the eligible product wherever pickup service is available.

Please keep the product, original packaging, accessories, manuals, and other items received with the order ready for pickup.

The product should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, except for the reported damage or defect.

4. Refunds

Once the approved return product has been successfully picked up, we will initiate the refund process.

• Refunds will be processed after successful pickup of the approved return.
• Refunds will generally be processed within 7 working days.
• For prepaid orders, the refund will normally be processed to the original payment method.
• For other payment methods, we may request appropriate payment details to process the refund.
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

In certain cases, we may offer a full refund, partial refund, or replacement, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.

5. Replacements

For eligible damaged, defective, or non-working products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund where appropriate and subject to product availability.

If a replacement is unavailable, an eligible refund will be processed.

We do not accept exchanges or returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or ordering the wrong product.

6. Missing Items

If any item from your order is missing, please report it within 48 hours of delivery along with the unboxing video.

After verification, we will arrange the missing item where possible. If we are unable to fulfil the missing item, an eligible refund will be processed for that item.

7. Important Conditions

To ensure a smooth return and refund process:

• Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
• Keep a complete unboxing video as proof.
• Keep the original packaging and accessories until the issue is resolved.
• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, non-working products, or other genuine product-related issues.
• All return and refund requests are subject to verification and approval by E K SHOPPING MART.
